Save a vendor here, or from the order itself with “Save to vendor book.” Old orders keep the details they were filed with. If a supplier moves, update the book. Do not expect last quarter’s PO to rewrite itself.

Questions
Does editing a vendor change old purchase orders?
No. Each filed order keeps the vendor name, email, account number, and address as they were at the time. The book is only the starting point for the next order.
Can I import a spreadsheet of suppliers?
Not in this version. Add the suppliers you actually buy from. A short book that is true beats a long one copied from an old file.
Will Halden email the vendor?
No. Halden does not send mail. Copy the address into your own email and attach the PDF from the print dialog.
